Which accounts does Finovera support?
We currently support thousands of banks, utility companies, credit card companies, insurance companies, mortgage accounts, and more. We are adding new partners every day. If you don’t see your provider listed on Finovera, let us know.
Can I pay my Bills through Finovera?
Yes. You can pay select bills through Finovera using your credit card, debit card or bank account. Currently Finovera supports roughly a few hundred providers for bill pay. That number is expected to increase.
What kind of documents can I store in my Finovera Account?
Literally any kind of document. You can use your Finovera account to securely store copies of passports, birth certificates, driver’s licenses, legal paperwork, receipts, tax documents, and whatever else you can think of. We support the following file formats: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, pps, ppt, pptx.
Why does Finovera need my account credentials?
Finovera needs your account credentials to securely connect with your bank or provider and retrieve your bills or statements.
Is my personal information secure on Finovera?
Absolutely. Your account credentials and documents are encrypted using 256-bit bank-level security to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands. All communication between our servers and your browser take place over Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
How can I safeguard my Finovera Account from falling into the wrong hands?
  • Never share your password or write it down.
  • Make sure that your password is unique and hard to replicate, including numbers, special characters and capital letters.
  • Protect yourself from phishing attempts and use Anti-virus software.
  • Avoid logging in to your Finovera account from Public Computers.
If I opt to receive my bills through Finovera, will my paper bills stop?
Most service providers continue to send paper bills while providing you the ability to download electronic bills. However, some service providers require you to turn off paper bills before providing online bills for downloading. So in most cases you will continue to receive paper bills, but if a service provider requires you to turn off paper bills we will let you know.
Some of my service providers don’t offer electronic bill. Can I still include them on Finovera?
Yes, if your service provider doesn’t have a website or provide bills in electronic format, you can still use Finovera to organize your bills. You can stay on top of your offline bills by uploading them to Finovera and setting up payment reminders.
Finovera doesn’t support my provider. What can I do?
Our goal is to support all financial institutions and utility providers across the U.S. If you can’t find your provider listed on Finovera, let us know. Our dedicated engineers are tirelessly working on adding new providers every day! Meanwhile, you can add any unsupported provider as an offline account.
I use other budgeting or tracking software. Can I still use Finovera?
Of course, Finovera was built to complement the features of existing budgeting/tracking software and not replace it.
What is Auto-Login? How does it help me?
Auto-login saves you from the hassle of remembering your passwords. Once you save your credentials on Finovera.com and install Finovera’s browser plugin, you can log into these accounts securely with just one click.

Does Finovera have a mobile App?
Yes, you can download the free app on your iPhone or Android device and manage your bills through Finovera.
Is Finovera only for US users?
Finovera can be used and accessed anywhere internet access is available. However, Finovera only supports US based providers for online downloads of statements and bills. Finovera does have an Offline Accounts feature. An Offline Account allows users to track their bills and receive alerts and reminders for accounts that don’t have online support . Offline Accounts can also be used to track non-US provider. In addition, non-US users can use the Digital File Cabinet to store important documents.
Does Finovera support travel point sites like Airlines, Hotels and Rental Card rewards?
Currently, Finovera does not support travel, airline, hotel rewards or points sites. However, we expect to support them in the future. Meanwhile users can use our Auto-login feature to store the login credentials for those sites and take advantage of our one-click login in while using Finovera.
